Is there a way to get tickets for a sold out show?
Yes, there are two ways:
1. Keep a close eye on the website for any returned tickets.
2. Try your luck on the day to win access to a pair of front row seats. A strictly limited number of these £10 tickets are released every day.
How can I buy Day Seats?
Day seats are located in the front rows of the stalls and cost just £10 each. Day Seats are sold in person from the box office 2.5 hours before the performance starts, which is at 5pm (evenings) or midday (matinees). The opportunity to buy these seats is allocated via a game of chance that takes place in-person outside the Phoenix Theatre. There are 10 Day Seats in total and 5 winners will have the opportunity to buy a pair. For safety and security, the ticket draw is limited to no more than 30 people.
When will I receive my tickets?
When you book we’ll send an order confirmation email with your eTickets attached straight away, sent to the email address registered to your account.
Usually you’ll receive your tickets straight away.
Emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive, depending on your email service.

Are there any Content warnings?
The production includes sudden loud noises, haze and the smoking of herbal cigarettes. Can I book over the phone?

Can I return or exchange my tickets?
In line with the ATG Tickets refund policy, all tickets purchased are non-refundable unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled. If your booking is not affected by cancellation or rescheduling, we will be unable to issue a refund for your tickets, however you can exchange them by contacting your point of purchase.
